What we collect

This website does not collect or store any personal information. Our contact form simply opens your own email app — your message is sent directly by you to admin@chelmerstationkindy.com.au and is never processed by this website.

Waiting list & enrolment information

When you join our waiting list or enrol, we collect only the information needed to manage enrolment and operate our kindergarten program — such as your child's name, date of birth and your contact details. This information is stored securely, accessed only by our teaching team and committee office-bearers, and never sold or shared for marketing.

Photos & learning stories

Photos and learning documentation are shared with families only through our secure, private channels, and only with the consent you give at enrolment.

Third-party services

This site loads fonts from Google Fonts and an embedded map from Google Maps. These services may receive your IP address when the pages load, as with any website. We do not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies.
